Born on August 14, 1974.

Graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (1996).

1996-1999 – Department of European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1999-2002 – the Embassy of the Republic of  Uzbekistan to France.

2002-2004 – Department for Cooperation with European Countries and NATO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2003-2005 – National Security Council of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2005-2006 – Head of the Division, Main Department for Analysis and Strategy of Foreign Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2006-2010 – 1st secretary, Counselor, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Belgium.

2010-2012 – Head of the Division, Personnel and Educational Institutions Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2012-2015 – Counselor,  Mission  of  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan  to  NATO.

2015-2018 – Deputy    Minister    of    Foreign    Affairs    of    the    Republic of Uzbekistan.

2018-2021 – Ambassador    of    the    Republic    of    Uzbekistan    to    Japan.

2021-2023 – Deputy    Minister    of    Foreign    Affairs    of    the    Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since December 2023 – Ambassador   of   the   Republic   of   Uzbekistan   to   the Kingdom  of  Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Speaks Uzbek, French, English, Russian.

Married, has three children.
