Consular Department of the Embassy
The Consular department of the Embassy is aimed at protecting the rights and interests of individuals and entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan staying in the consular district of the Embassy, which includes Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg.

Days and times of arrival of visitors to the Consular Department of the Embassy: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only by appointment at the link: http://e-navbat.mfa.uz/texnolog/usluga?id=13&language=ru
Telephone consultations are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Attention! E-mails to the Embassy without specifying the subject of the message, surname, name, middle name, mailing address and the applicant's phone are automatically deleted and not processed.
We urge you to read the temporary rules of reception of visitors:
- Consular services, including the receipt of ready-made documents, are received only by appointment. Please come to the reception strictly by the appointed time. If the record is late, the record will be cancelled.
- Visitors need to carry personal infection protection equipment (protective mask and medical disposable gloves),as well as undergo mandatory hand treatment with disinfectant.
- Before entering the consular department and in the reception hall it is necessary to observe a social distance of 1.5 - 2 m.
- The admission of accompanying persons to the reception hall is not allowed. The consular office with children should be refrained from visiting, unless their presence was necessary to provide public services.
- If you have signs of malaise and deterioration of health, please be conscious and refrain from visiting the Consular Department.
