Product of BMB Za’faron company has obtained ecological certificate developed by the USA Department of Agriculture
The process of obtaining ecological certificate, developed by Department of Agriculture of the United States of America (USDA organic) for saffron product under brand “BMB Zaʻfaron”, in partnership with “Euro Cert”, subsidiary of “Control Union Certifications” (the Netherlands), have finished.
Specialists of “Euro Cert” have fully studies processes of agrotechnological activities, harvesting, processing and keeping the harvest, packaging final products at “BMB Zaʻfaron” plantations. In addition, final products were tested successfully several times at leading European laboratories.
USDA organic – ecological certificate, developed by the USA Department of Agriculture. High-qualified, authorized officers exclusively hold certification process. This National Organic Standard was adopted as part of national program, dedicated to supply customers with healthy and natural products. Currently it is guaranteed that at least 95% of ingredients of USDA organic certificate-holder products are ecologically clean.
“BMB Zaʼfaron” has successfully passed several complicated, subtle tests at laboratories of recognized international organizations. Apart from this, products under brand “BMB Zaʼfaron” passed two-tier, thorough examination at “Analisi Chimiche Ed Ecologiche Sas”, “Laboratori di Ricerche Analitiche e Tecnologiche su Alimenti e Ambiente” (Italy), “QC LAB McCormick France”, and “Chong Kiningson” of South Korea. As a result, they have obtained quality range of I category by color, odor and taste indicators, based on ISO 3632-1/2011 standard. This kind of certificate has been given to only few companies’ products.
Additionally, USA Food and Drug Administration has allowed import of saffron production from Uzbekistan under brand name “BMB Zaʼfaron”.
This means start of new stage of “BMB Zaʼfaron” history. Therefore, export geography of company widened further, and new opportunities were opened for entering and conquering USA and North American markets.
