Visit of the Uzbek delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Ankara

The delegation of our country, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, visited Ankara on the occasion of the 2nd trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan-Turkey.
At the reception of the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the greetings and letter of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev were delivered. It was especially noted that the fraternal ties established between the heads of state create the strongest foundation for close cooperation in every sphere.
A fruitful meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey was held before the forum. It was noted that the great potential of the alliance and the possibility of opening up unlimited opportunities for future generations through shoulder-to-shoulder cooperation were emphasized. The agenda of the meeting included issues of trade and economy, transport, effective diplomacy, dynamic investment cooperation, increasing trade volumes and expanding ties, and mutual alliance.
A number of bilateral meetings were also held as part of the visit to Turkey. In particular, during the meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, a program of measures to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations was signed. The most pressing issues of cooperation and plans for 2025 were exchanged.
Also, during the meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, attention was paid to expanding strategic partnership relations, increasing trade turnover, and strengthening people-to-people ties.
The Ankara Declaration was signed as a successful outcome of the 2nd trilateral meeting of the ministers responsible for foreign affairs, trade, economy, and transport.
