To the attention of citizens planning to arrive in Uzbekistan

TASHKENT, May 27. /IA "Dunyo"/. To support the tourism sector and create favorable conditions for the travel of foreign citizens in Uzbekistan, by decision of the Republican Special Commission, a number of coronavirus restrictions were lifted from March 16, 2022 and new requirements were introduced when entering Uzbekistan, a Dunyo news agency correspondent reports.

According to Uzbekistan Airways, with passports/vaccination certificates for coronavirus infection, all persons without PCR tests are allowed to enter. Besides,  in the absence of passports / vaccination certificates of entering persons, the entering person must have the results of a negative PCR test (with an electronic QR code), for a period not exceeding 72 hours, or pass express tests when crossing the border or upon arrival in the territory of Uzbekistan.
